运动补水应该从三个时间段来考虑,即运动前补水、运动中补水和运动后补水。运动前2小时补充500毫升的水,这样可以使体内细胞达到最佳的水合状态,迎接运动,并且有足够的时间将体内多余的水分通过尿液排出体外,轻装上阵。运动中大量出汗时,应该采取系统补水的方法。即每10到30分钟补一次水,每次补充200毫升到250毫升的水。运动后补水,记录运动前后的体重,可以得知运动过程中丢失的汗量。但应该强调运动后的补水不是丢多少就补多少,而是应该补水大于丢水,才能使机体恢复水平衡。
